Return Policy

Next Level Racing accepts the following Payment Methods:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• American Express
• PayPal
• Prepaid Cashier Check or Money Order

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipped within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Pennsylvania will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Claims:
Shortages, errors or price adjustments must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Returns & Cancellations:

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days, Absolutely no returns on electronics! All shipping errors must be known by Next Level Racing within 1 business day of receipt. All canceled orders will incur a 10% processing fee, special orders or shipped items are subject to a 20% processing fee and all refunds are for store credit only. All machine shop work, including but not limited to; heads, blocks, turbos, and manifolds cannot be canceled once ordered. These are custom pieces that we are making for you. By accepting this order, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy.

We do apologize for having such a policy, but with this huge increase of canceled machining labor, we must put this into effect. We will do our best to give you an accurate time from when your custom piece will ship. If it falls behind a few days, we do apologize but somethings are not in our control.

In the event that you need to return / exchange a product do NOT call in. You must email  info@nextlevelracing.org with your full name and invoice number along with why you would like to return / exchange your order.

**All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and must be unopened in original packaging.**

Warranty:
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges will not be allowed.

Orders:
Next Level Racing processes all orders as soon as possible,however, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be completely processed and shipped. Orders with address verification problems or any other issue may take longer, in which case you will be contacted by an NLR representative.

Shipping:
Our primary method of shipping is Ground, UPS. 2nd Day Air and 3 day Saver are available for an additional charge. Next day air is available for return customers only!Large shipments, such as motors, will ship by freight / trucking service.

Address Verification:
We will only ship to a verifed address, there is absolutley no exceptions to this rule. An address has to be listed as primary or secondary on a credit card. If using Paypal make sure the address you wish to ship to is listed as confirmed.

Address Errors:
Any address corrections that are made by UPS because of incomplete or incorrect address information provided by our customers will result in a $5 dollar address correction fee that will automatically be charged to the customer at fault.
Addresses can not be abbreviated in anyway.  If you abbreviate your address, we can not be held responsible for address errors or slow shipping times.

Shipping Errors:
If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a UPS call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship by GROUND shipping at our expense.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express, PayPal and money orders. We DO NOT accept personal checks. If you would like to pay by money order please call us with the total amount before sending the money order.

Over seas orders:
At this time Next Level Racing will not ship outside of the United States.

Core returns:
All core returns that are sent in to Next Level Racing are FINAL.

Tracking numbers:
Tracking numbers will be given out only by email. We are shipping way too many boxes per day to be taking calls for tracking numbers. If you have an order placed with NLR and need a tracking number please email for a tracking number tracking@nextlevelracing.org. Our shipping department will be able to help you out with a tracking number on your order and any other shipping questions.
